Amy was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and generous, all along the way. It took us nearly nine months to find the right house, but she was game to show us properties again and again. She is highly-regarded in the area, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her expertise.

Amy helped us buy our first property in the Valley – that we still have over 25 years later – and for which Amy presently handles the rentals. Most recently, Amy helped us sell a property near Davis, West Virginia. We highly recommend Amy as a realtor. She is very professional, highly experienced, and has the utmost integrity.

What a delight working with Amy on the purchase of my cabin in Timberline. Working out the details could be a little stressful from 4 hours away, but she really made the whole transaction so easy. On a scale of 1 to 10 Barb is a 20. Fantastic to work with. She is prompt. Ten minutes early every time. Walked the entire two acre perimeter with me. Pointed out the features and benefits. Gave advice on best way to build a new home. She even aided on securing a temporary place while house is being built.

I cannot recommend Amy highly enough for real estate transactions in the Canaan Valley area! Her vast area knowledge and connections facilitate a very smooth and stress-free real estate transaction. I didn’t know much about the area I was looking in, apart from visiting friends for a long weekend every winter. Amy was accommodating with my schedule… having to come from and return to Fairfax, VA limited the amount of time I was available to see places during the day. She was extremely knowledgeable about each place we saw, not just regarding the maintenance history of each property but also the rental history as well.
